Shipping Methods:

We will ship using one of the methods selected by you at time of order. Not all methods will be available for every type of shipment.

  • United States Postal Service: Cut-off time 2:30pm
  • FedEx: Cut-off time 4:30pm
  • UPS: Cut-off time 4:30pm

Returns. All returned items are subject to a standard restocking charge to be determined by Chadata Tuning. Restocking charges will be determined by the condition of the material and its suitability for resale. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice. All customs jobs will have no return value. Special ordered items will be returned only at Chadata Tuning discretion.

Storage policy. Because of limited storage space, Chadata Tuning will store custom fabricated material only for a reasonable amount of time. After this, notice will be sent that material must be either picked up or delivered within 10 days, or it will be placed in stock with the deposit forfeited and/or a restocking charge imposed.

Shipping. Chadata Tuning will make every effort to meet requested shipping dates; however, Chadata Tuning assumes no responsibility for damage or loss of any kind sustained by customer because of any unforeseen inability to meet shipping dates. Please allow as much shipping time as possible.

Telephone orders. Customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of telephone orders if written confirmation is not received prior to release of the order for manufacturing. Customer may request a written confirmation, with the understanding that the manufacturing process will be delayed.

Pick-up orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure material to their vehicle.

Cancellations. Cancellation of a manufactured order after production has begun will be subject to restocking charges.

Protecting material after delivery. Chadata Tuning takes every precaution to deliver your material in #1 condition. Any shipping damage should be noted with the driver. Chadata Tuning cannot be responsible for storage or handling damage to material after the delivery. The owner should follow the recommended storage procedures.

Returns & Exchanges:

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received.

Please ensure you have contacted us for an RMA number prior to returning your item, or it may not be accepted.

A 10-25% restocking fee will be applied to products with RMA. 50% restocking fee will be applied to returns after the 30-Day period or without an RMA number.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping payment and assumes responsibility for the return package insurance.

Please enclose the following:

  • Original Invoice.
  • In case of a manufacturers defect - the details outlining the type of defect or the reason for your return.
  • If you would like to exchange, please note if you would like to exchange for the same item or a different one.
  • Your contact details including phone number and your e-mail address.
  • RMA Number - Please call us and get an Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping to us.

Refund Timeline

It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund with our credit card system. Once the refund is processed and sent to your  card's issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your account. In total it can take 9-14 business days for you to receive the refund.

Performance parts warranty: Performance parts do not have warranty through Chadata Tuning. Call for questions on warranty before purchase. Installing performance parts on vehicles most likely voids vehicle manufacturing warranties. Purchasing through Chadata Tuning, you acknowledge and agree to this notice

Using Performance products for street/road use on public roads or highways is prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of vehicle owner to ensure compliance with all local and federal laws and regulations. More information can be found on the SEMA Action Network website www.semasan.com.
